Open Track order and enter the order number from your confirmation with the mobile number you ordered with. Signed in, your orders are listed in your account.

Call us before it ships and we will change or cancel it. Once it is with the rider, you can refuse it at the door with no charge for cash on delivery.

Inside Dhaka city, 1 to 3 working days. Around Dhaka, 2 to 4 days. Outside Dhaka, 2 to 5 days. Couriers do not deliver on Fridays or public holidays. We deliver to all 64 districts.

Standard delivery is ৳60 inside Dhaka city, ৳80 around Dhaka and ৳120 outside.

Unopened products can be returned within 7 days. If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund it in full, to your bKash number or bank account.

Every product is bought from the brand or its official distributor. If one ever proves not to be authentic, we refund five times its price.

Cash on delivery: you pay the rider when your order arrives, whatever the size of the order.

On Sign in, choose Forgot password. We send a link to your email to set a new one. The link works for 30 minutes.
