What can be returned, in what condition, and how to ask.
Check your parcel when it arrives
Please open and check your order in front of the delivery person — for damage, a defect, or an item you did not order. It is the quickest way to sort out a problem.
Return window
You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered.
Condition
The product must be unused and unopened, in its original condition, with all packaging and seals intact. If a seal is broken, only a manufacturing defect qualifies.
Fake products
Every product we sell is original. If one turns out to be fake, we refund five times its value.

Message us on WhatsApp or email info@carnesia.com with your order code and a photo of the product.
